Are you pregnant, living in a new country, speaking a different language, and far away from your family? We are here to support and accompany you during this special time.
In our new weekend one-day course, you and your partner or another companion will receive important information about pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, and the first weeks at home with your baby.
We will take time to answer your questions and guide you through exercises that help you prepare for birth and support your well-being.
The course is led by a midwife and held in English.
Course fees
Course fees are income-based*
Families with 1 income: CHF 200
Families with 2 incomes: CHF 250
For families without income: CHF 200
(Social services usually cover the costs)
Your health insurance (basic insurance) pays an additional CHF 150 to mamamundo.
*A fund is available for families without financial resources.
